Extra time
If you require additional hours for your child during a half day session,an additional £5.00 per hour on top of the half day fee is applicable.
If for any reason we need to change your fees, we will give you four weeks’ notice.
Absence
All absences are charged at full fee.
Children leaving
We require a four week notice period of a child who is leaving the nursery, either to commence school or for any other reason.
Payment of fees
Fees are payable in advance on the first day of the week that your child attends nursery. Cash, bank transfer and voucher payments are accepted as payment.
£10.00 per week can be levied on accounts not settled by the required date.
Holidays
We are closed for one week at Christmas and one week in July (please ask for details) which are non fee paying weeks. All other holidays taken will be charged at full fees.
